Refund Policy

We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re at the MeadowGate Store, in an app, or on the web. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at MeadowGate. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at MeadowGate, you agree to the terms set forth below along with MeadowGate’s Privacy Policy.
Returns & Refunds
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the MeadowGate. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:
- Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
- The following products are not eligible for return: any product that has been personalized or customized.
- Gift cards and pre-paid cards are also not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item to MeadowGate, please follow the steps below:

- Securely package the item you wish to return within an envelope or box.
- Mail your return to the following address: 43 Bedford Street, Westminster, WC2E 9HA, London, United Kingdom.
- Keep the return tracking number for your return shipment to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email meadowgate.click or call (+44 20 7946 0958) within 14 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
